Chocolate Protein Pudding

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add the 2 cups milk, cocoa powder, protein powder, and salt into a small pot.
  2. Turn on heat and stir to combine.
  3. Meanwhile, combine the 1/2 cup milk with the 3 tbsp cornstarch and whisk together.
  4. When the 2 cups milk are hot, add the 1/2 cup milk and cornstarch mixture and bring to the boil.
  5. Stir for 2 mins while boiling, then reduce heat and stir for 1 more minute.
  6. Add in the chocolate if using, stir to melt and incorporate.
  7. Refrigerate until cold. Alternatively freeze and stir frequently to make ice cream.
